Why I built it
A maintenance email should reach the people doing the work without someone having to copy it into another system first.
What it does
I connected the inbox to the maintenance register in SharePoint, then built workflows to dispatch jobs, check updates and send summaries.
I use the run history to check that the workflows are running and investigate anything that fails. This automation is part of the maintenance system shown in the other example.
