Who controls your information
Hughes Digital Works is the controller for information sent through this website. A publishable business address, legal entity status and registration number have not yet been supplied and must be added when confirmed.
What is collected
The project form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you are interested in and any details you choose to include.
Why it is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss requested work, keep an appropriate business record and protect the service from misuse. It is not collected for an automated mailing list.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in the private Hughes Digital Works Studio using Cloudflare infrastructure. The public website does not expose Studio records. Service providers may process limited information where necessary to host and secure the service.
Retention and your rights
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, agreed work, legal obligations or legitimate business records. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where UK data protection law provides those rights.
Contact
Choose “Privacy request” on the project form. A dedicated public privacy email and postal address still need to be confirmed.
