Why it is used

The information is used to read and respond to your enquiry, decide whether the work is a sensible fit, prepare a proposal if requested, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation.

Lawful basis

Enquiry information is handled because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and because there is a legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries and maintaining accurate records.

Sharing and retention

Your information is only shared with service providers where that is necessary to operate the website or deliver the requested work. It is not sold. Enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, legal obligations and normal business records.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain uses. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
