Information, not a binding quote
Website descriptions and package prices are starting points unless a written proposal says otherwise. Project scope, timing, payment and support terms are agreed separately.
Accuracy and availability
Reasonable care is taken to keep public information accurate and the service available, but uninterrupted operation or a particular business result is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The Hughes Digital Works name, design and original site content may not be copied or presented as another business’s work without permission. Client materials remain subject to their own agreed rights.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access private Studio routes, interfere with the website, submit unlawful material or misuse enquiry forms.
Business details
A publishable address, legal entity status and any registration number have not yet been supplied. These terms should be updated when those verified details are available.
